If you mean it'll be getting dark, sunset isn't until about 7:30 PM, and 
   I thought we might start doing dinner around 6 anyway. The other 
choices are basically the Saturday morning (10 AM ish maybe?) or early 
afternoon (about 1 pm) times.

In-and-out may be a little tricky, but doable I guess, if you meant that 
you wanted to go home Friday and Saturday nights. The park gates close 
at 7 PM.
